Lay-Flat Hoses & Fittings

Lay-Flat hoses can be supplied for different applications and solutions such as:

Through-the-weave PU lay-flat hoses: Special PU covered lay-flat hoses are made to meet NSF61 standard, which are appropriate for transferring potable water.

Through-the-weave NRR lay-flat hoses: Specially designed for hot weather areas like middle east for oil companies and other supporting industries.

Jacketed hoses: Jacketed Lay-Flat hoses are lined with EPDM, Polyurethane (PU), Nitrile rubber (NBR), PVC, Natural rubber (NR) etc. The hoses can meet or exceed most of well-known standards’ requirements such as the NFPA 1961, UL19, FM2111, EN14540, EN14811, DIN and BS6391…etc. It can be used for fire fighting or other applications including agricultural projects, industrial services and off-shore requirements

Trenchless Pipe-in-Liner Solution for pressure oil/water/gas pipeline rehabilitation.

 For water pipeline rehabilitation, we use through-the-weave PE cover + PE liner, reinforcement layer: polyester or Kevlar fiber;

• For oil pipeline rehabilitation, we use through-the-weave PU cover + PU liner or through-the-weave PE cover + PU liner; reinforcement layer: polyester or Kevlar fiber;
• For gas pipeline rehabilitation, through-the-weave PU cover + PU liner reinforcement layer: polyester or Kevlar fiber;

Hose Couplings and Fittings: Especially designed and manufactured hose couplings which works with the hoses that we supply. According to different technical requirement in various applications.  Our partners design the appropriate couplings using materials such as aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel 304, SS316, SS316L, PA6 reinforced Nylon, PE, and PP etc. The couplings include LDHC series of couplings, HPHC FM couplings, Storz couplings, camlocks, instantaneous couplings, Bauer couplings, etc.

Hose reels and other related machines: Together with various hoses we offer some handling equipment for hoses assembly, installation of hose in large projects …etc.
